Sure, spring is often announced with softer colors and lighter fabrics . . . but we don't need to wait until the calendar officially calls it to start stocking up for the new season. After all, most of these pieces can slip under jackets and over tights to make lovely layers and pops of color anytime of year and, to prove that point, we started planning for spring already.
