I think it's fair to say that after a year of quarantine, we are all looking for little ways to escape. Netflix's Bridgerton gave us just that - a fanciful departure from our face masks and sweat sets. It's no wonder that this show has created the fandom phenomenon that it has and left us all counting down until season two. Watching the latest runway shows, I couldn't help but notice every corset, silk dress, pearl appliqué, and cotton nightgown that captured the elegance and grandeur of the cast's wardrobe and spoke to our obsession with regencycore.
