When you're hosting an event all about fashion, you dress accordingly. Lana Condor did not disappoint when she emceed the Costume Designers Guild Awards on Tuesday, wearing two very different yet equally daring looks.
First up, Lana wore a colorful Prabal Gurung outfit consisting of black trousers, a turquoise bubble skirt, and a burgundy turtleneck with a large feather laid across one shoulder. Lana's stylist Tara Swennen said it was "important" that they supported the AAPI community with their choice of designer, and she went on to thank Prabal, who is Nepalese American, for the "amazing ensemble." The outfit was paired with platform heels by Stuart Weitzman, Vrai earrings, and a stunning aquamarine ring by Karma El Khalil.
Whereas the Prabal look was more playful, Lana's second outfit of the evening was a sexy black lace dress by Christian Siriano, which revealed a strapless bra and high-waisted shorts underneath. The dress was accessorized with pointed-toe Jimmy Choo pumps and glitzy drop earrings and a statement ring by Raven Fine Jewelers.
